Is is possible for an ESL students who have been in high school in US 3 years to go to university?

I have been in America for 2 years now( it will be 3 years next year when i go to college or university), but i will be senior next year and i am wondering about choosing college or university.
This senior year I take Ap chem, Honor Bio, regular English 10th and ESL English 11th, Applied Community for communating project in WA state, and 1 semester college writing.
Last 2 year, i passed AP cal and HSPE ( general exams in WA state)exam for high school students
I want to study about medical field or nursing major.
My English is kind of not good, but i can read well. Can you guys recommend for me what classes should I take next year (senior year) to be good for me because i wanna study about medical or nursing. Plus, with my situation above, should I go to college or university?
If i go to university, can I study well at there because i am worrying about my English.
P/s: I am living in WA state

You can definitely go to college or university. Check with guidance counselors at your high school for specific advice. English will be a challenge, but most colleges & universities have instructors who specialize in helping ESL students (I am one of them), so you can succeed as long as you're willing to work hard!
